Refund Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Tony’s Animal House Toy & Gift Shop. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help. Please take a moment to read through our simple refund and return guidelines below.

 

Returns

• You may return most items within 14 days of your purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
• To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
• Some items, like personalized products or final sale merchandise, can’t be returned or exchanged — we’ll always make this clear at the time of purchase.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you a quick update.
• Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If an item is defective or damaged, we’re happy to exchange it for the same product. Please reach out before sending anything back so we can help you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale”

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return, and we’ll guide you from there.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
