Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays or special promotions, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer standard and expedited shipping throughout the U.S. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Local pickup may also be available at our West Orange store.
Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days. Expedited options may arrive sooner, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays & Exceptions
We do our best to get your order to you on time, but weather events, postal delays, or other unforeseen issues can occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience if that happens — we’ll always work with you to resolve any shipping issues.
In-Store Pickup
If you select local pickup at checkout, we’ll email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping (additional shipping fees may apply).
